En difficulté et ralentie sur la trajectoire dans le rapide virage de Blanchimont, la McLaren n°112 (CSA Racing) de Josh Mason a été percutée violemment par l’arrière par la Porsche n°22 de Schumacher CLRT, pilotée par Laurin Heinrich. Malgré la violence du choc et l’ampleur des dégâts sur la Porsche, le pilote allemand s’en est sorti indemne.
